As a manufacturer specialising in the moulding of plastic primary packaging we really care for the environment.
Environmental sustainability is actually one of our key principles as we effort to reduce our environmental impact, both in the production and throughout the complete supply chain. We encourage a virtuous system through the use of recyclable materials, processed in latest machinery that significantly reduces energy and raw materials consumption.
All resins (HDPE, PP, PET) we use are 100% recyclable, safe, inert, compliant with REACH standards and does not contain BPA, phthalates, heavy metals or allergens, nor does they emit harmful emissions during production. Once used, they are recycled efficiently to provide a valuable resource for subsequent generations. In summary; a true and closed loop system.
By using different kinds of green materials: recycled [PCR (Post Consumer Resin) &PIR (Post Industrial Resin)] and bio-based, we contribute to the Circular Economy in different ways, such as:
Giving plastics a second life; a significant and sustainable way to reduce the amount of plastic waste polluting the environment.
Giving bio-plastics a chance; sourced from biological non-fossil origin such as sugar cane waste, is a sustainable way to reduce the quantity of “traditional” plastic released into the environment.

with molds developed according to the requirements of each customer
We have 3 Cleanrooms; 2 with classification ISO 7 (FDA 10,000), Class "B" GMP EU, in operation, for Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) and PET (ISBM) and 1 with classification ISO 8 (FDA 100,000), Class "C" GMP EU, in operation, for Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM), which enables us to powerfully focus on Pharma Industry.
Raw materials fully certified and compatible with the requirements of EP (European Pharmacopoeia) and USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia).
Flexibility in development of new products, offering high quality in standard or customized items.
