Since its foundation, in 2000, Ilhaplast's mission is to satisfy the needs of its CLIENTS, through the continuous improvement of processes, training and motivation of its employees.
Currently 95% of our turnover corresponds to Pharmaceutical Laboratories and approximately 90% is destined for export.
Choose a Production Method
Ilhaplast has 3 distinct manufacturing processes, for which has modern equipment
properly prepared to producef HDPE, PP and PET plastic packaging and plastic
parts in controlled environments and / or Clean Rooms (3 units);
Equipment of different features and capacities, including 4 "Magic" electric machines suitable for operating in Clean Rooms (one of them operates exclusively under these conditions)
State-of-the-art equipment, such as Jomar 65 (with a clean room incorporated) to produce HDP and PP plastic containers and Nissei ASB 12M, for the production of PET plastic bottles, which operates exclusively in a Clean Room.
Different machines with adequate capacity to produce HDPE and PP plastic parts, such as caps, measuring devices, etc.
